Played yesterday. PLease keep in mind this is one of the oldest courses in Florida. Range facility is very small (160 yards). The course is in good conditions. Nice fairways, Greens are a bit slow, but in good condition. Easy course to play and spend time with the kids. Not a lot of water. The price is right...too!

All I know is that if the Mayfair I played is the new and improved version then I would hate to see what it used to look like, because the course is in pretty horrible condition right now.The warm up facilities are garbage. A 150 yard driving range where you hit off of dirt. A pratice green the size of my bathroom, and a bunker with sand that has probably never been raked. The course itself is in horrible condition. I''ve never putted on greens so slow. Most courses I play the ball goes 6 to 10 paces with a stance wide putting stroke, but here my ball only went 3 paces. Don''t even get me started on how bumpy and poorly maintained the greens were.I played great, but this course was so bad that even that wouldn''t save the experience for me. They should just bulldoze the course and tell everyone to fork out the extra cash and go to Timicuan around the block.
Great course. Very well maintained. Greens are nice and fast. New management must have improved course alot (see older reviews). Wide open fairways (bring your driver). Lots of old oak trees makes for nice scenery. Not many houses on course. Club houses are older buildings (1920s) which gives it a vintage look. Good food and service. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to pay about $30 and play a nice course.
