Positives:
- Very convenient; located right off of US-1
- Junior-friendly
- Good practice facility
- Popular in St. Lucie County
- Above-average maintenance

Negatives:
- Overpriced
- Too many amateurs/those who do not take golfing seriously
- Noisy
- Course is not very cohesive; the holes are somewhat unrelated to one another

Bottom Line:

Indian Hills is essentially an overpriced, less difficult version of Fairwinds. I would rather play at Fairwinds and I recommend Fairwinds over this for virtually any class of golfer, from amateurs to professionals.

Not picturesque, but worth the money.

Fit in a very small area, this very open course is well maintained and the greens are almost always in great shape. If you are looking for value it is a great course, but if you are looking for beautiful scenery look somewhere else.
