Positives:
- Provides a quick round
- Compact layout; no long distances between holes
- Somewhat scenic, quiet, and undisturbed; the opposite of Indian Hills
- Relatively affordable

Negatives:
- Not challenging at all
- Maintenance is terrible
- The greens are in perpetually bad shape

Bottom Line:
If you're looking for a nice, well-maintained public golf course that offers challenges from teebox to green, don't go here. If you're looking for a short, easy course where you can shoot below your handicap please consider the Gator Trace Golf Course.
