I played here 3 times in Feb of 2012. I had "heard it was rundown", but was pleasantly surprised. Tee's, fairways, greens were all in excellent condition. Apparently there was a change of ownership and the new owners (I believe Rotunda), has turned this course into a very enjoyable and reasonably priced course.
