one of the worst kept courses I have ever played the tees where all dug up the greens have weeds growing all over them the rough is so high that all you do is look for your ball making play awful slow I would not recommend this course to my worst enemy

Best value in town, good condition, GPS on carts
First time playing East Bay this summer and found overall condition real nice. Some fairways thin where they are working on turf. Greens alittle slow but the best I have seen here. Good value
