Since last review, Tampa Bay is under new ownership. The fifty-five and over community now owns and directs the management of the 18-hole and the 9-hole courses. New personnel in charge of the operation and maintenance of the course. New Champion greens. Completing refurbishing of all sand bunkers using G-Angle sand. A challenging course maintained in AAA condition. A great place to retire, own and play.

Whoever designed this course had his head in the sand. It is the most awkward layout and you only need irons to play here. They have far overbuilt houses on course and currently in financial problems. Staff was great several years ago but now not so swift.
