Eagle Dunes Golf Club

I use to love this course. I live in the neighborhood where the course is located. I have played the course many times and brought many friends and family to play over the years. ----- Recently I was playing with a business associate and another golfer (in the group behind us) keep hitting into my group. We ask the golfer to stop hitting into us and he became very aggressive and started to threaten us. We immediately stopped playing and returned to the clubhouse to inform management of the behavior of this golfer. Management did nothing to resolve the issue. They were reluctant to give us a refund and finally gave us a raincheck for the day but not without attitude. The manager acted as if we did something wrong. The next day I wrote an email to the golf pro explaining the situation and how we were treated at his golf course. He never responded to the email. After that I decided that I would never play that course again. It is terrible b/c I have to drive by it everyday and cannot believe how the situation was handled. This is a very nice course but lacks good customer service.

I really like this course. $35 Sun AM. It's a little out of the way but it's a really nice course. Freindly staff, well maintained, good value.
