good value and good course. backside is a bit tricky and seems very different from the front. front is more of a links, back is more modern california course. but overall, good value, relatively tough course (when wind is blowing) and not too crowded.

Maintenance was very poor when I played. Six hour round behind 5 groups gave me plenty of time to see the flaws. I don't get all the hype this course has gotten. Cheap greens fees = cheap experience.
