This was a great value at 25$, the fairways were a little rough on some holes but the greens were rolling perfect and it is a good test of golf from the tips, I could see this beeing a 3 wood and wedge all day from the Blues, the hole layouts are nice and being in a subdivision you at least have a slim chance of seeing a lovely lady out tanning by her pool. Not sure I would rate this as the 27th best courses but overall i was happy.

I just read the review of Stoneybrook West by jmbo4h and thought I would give you my review and respond to his comments. I played this course a couple of weeks ago and found it in very good condition. I am not sure where the dead grass was that jmb04h talked about, because I did not see it. The fairways and greens are truly some of the best anywhere. Yes this course is surrounded by houses, but so are many courses, and SBW is a nice neighborhood. Hey if you want great scenery try Pebble Beach or Kapalua. I do admit that the snack bar is not great and there are no hot dogs, but there are sandwhiches, chips, Power Bars and Gatorade. I think we all eat to many hot dogs anyways. This course has won many awards and if you are looking for a great round of golf at a great price definitely play SBW.

The course was filled with dead grass and the fairways were not of any quality. just a few pieces of nice grass on most of holes. the quality you would expect from a $53 course is not there. holes are all surrounded by neighborhood houses, no scenery at all. it looks like the course had a draught and stopped watering the grass.the club did not even have hot dogs! this is a 6/10.
