The Cowboys Golf Course is a fun course to play. The fairways and greens were in very good shape for this time of the year. The marshals and starter were some of the friendliest groups I have encounter on a golf course. The cart girls were very friendly and I saw them often so you will not die of thirst out there. The starter provided good information about the course layout and the marshals were very entertaining during slow play on the course. I encounter some wildlife while out there such as a raccoon attempting to steal food out of my cart and deer running between holes which made the outing more interesting. I would highly recommend this course to anyone visiting the DFW area and wants to play a hill country type golf course. I had a great time and I will return soon.
