Good course for the value. Course is laid out through a working cherry orchard. Great views, lots of terrain changes, and challenging greens. Plays much tougher when the wind blows and it is windy here a lot. Locals play here rather than the more expensive resort courses.

There isn't a prettier place in America than the Leelanau Peninsula, and The Leelanau Club does a fine job of taking advantage of the glacier-carved terrain. If you are there, you are having a great day, period. They need to upgrade the kitchen; not bad, but not what you might expect. Some of the holes are spectacular, and others are just pretty good. But overall, it's a great place to spend a day, and I recommend it.
