Well maintained, not too difficult. Pretty course, but it could be better without the houses.

The course was in great shape, little wet and a few minor dead patches of grass. The tee area was a little rough, the fairways were in fantastic shape and the greens were a little slow at first, but once the fog burned off and the sun came out, they became quicker toward the end of the round.

One of the best conditioned course on the Eastern Shore. Player friendly, great staff. Great pace of play, 4 hours almost always.
