I played this course 2 weeks after it opened at a price of $150.00 walk only unless you have a medical problem. I found this to be the most stunning golf course I have ever played. a lot of the holes are on the pacific ocean wit great views. this is a true links course with the gorce and all, you would think you were in Scotland. It is a nature lovers course with deer running all over the course. I also played Bandon Dunes and found it to be great but not as great as this masterpiece carved out of the Sand Dunes on The pacific Ocean. Compare it to pebble Beach I think overall I would rate it a little higher because it is so pristine and has no houses on it it represents nature at its best. I would personally rate it the # 1 course I have played and that includes pebble and St Andrews. GETTER DONE

Great Course, really enjoyed everything about it. Views, service, golf. I would have to rate my overall stay a 10. I have played golf all over the world, but have never had as helpful as a caddie as the one i had here. If you are using a caddie i would highly highly recommend Chris Werme. This is a great guy who really knows the game and the course. Can't go wrong with him. Good Luck.
Great golf vacation. Rented the suite above the club house over looking the whole course. For some strange reason, we decided to play this course during the raining season. Coming from LA, the rain was pouring soo hard, was not sure how the golf was going to be like. As soon as our plan landed, the down pour was just as hard as it was in LA. By the time we were passing the casinos, the rain was lighter. By the next morning, no rain. We played 36 holes/day for the next 5 day. On our check out day, as we were packing the car, the rain started up again. I was amazed on how lucky we were for playing 5 days of awesome golf. Must get a caddie. Caddies make a difference. We took a chance with our timing during the rainy season and had the best rounds of golf in our life, with no rain. Cost was cheap, something like $60/round. We all know how lucky we had it. I believe the going full rate was closer to $170. True links style. Hard course to play. Bring your camera. Too many favorite shots to take. All courses are great. Just play them all!
