Played this course on October 12th. Really nice course with a fun layout. A lot of elevated tee shots and hills throughout. Quite a few houses on the perimeter, but far enough back to not be in the way. The greens were a little bumpy with rough patches here and there, so putting wasn''t easy. Greens could''ve been a little nicer, but that may have been due to late season play. Fairways were in great shape. We paid $49 to play mid-week and felt that was a really good deal. Coming from Northern VA. where average courses are $80+, this was a steal. I would highly recommend this course to anyone. Looking forward to playing again some day.

In the course of two weeks, I''ve had the opportunity to play 8 courses. My favorite after that time is Challedon. The layout is wonderful. Though the course does run through a development...homes are kept (or maybe it''s the course) far away. There''s even some natural areas including woods in a number of holes. Absolutely a delightful setting! Would definitely be a walkers nightmare...especially the menacing walk from the 14th green to the 15th tee...must be at least 1/4 mile (though someone had made an illegal shortcut). Five sets of tees allow you to chose the game you wish to play. What I really loved about the course was all the white fencing that surrounds the courses boundry...added a classic touch! I can''t see how you could not like this one!
i've played this course a couple of times, and it's a fun, slightly challenging course. my favorite holes would be the 5th (short, downhill par 3), the 8th (par 4 version of torrey pines south 18th), and the 17th (long par 5 with water on right of the green). this course is in great shape all year and is my favorite course to play
