Not bad - typical florida course. Houses aren't too intrusive, but you're not frequently without them. Some busy roads surround the course. Somewhat forgetable holes that reward good shots and punish bad ones. course was in very good shape. offers an experience that can be shared by high and low handicappers (provided they play the right tees...)
