River Bend Golf Club, Chickasha, OK

I am suspect that the good review written earlier this spring came from someone associated with the course. This is hands down the worst maintenance I have ever seen at a golf course in Oklahoma or Texas. I am a landman and travel all over the state of Oklahoma and have never encountered greens in worse condition.
The fairways weren't cut so a center of the fairway shot was out of the rough. The greens are at least 15%-25% missing across the entire course. They have fungus, weeds, dead spots and are bumpy.
Yardage markers are missing on multiple holes. $28.50 isn't a bad deal for Oklahoma courses but this course it is a complete rip off.

The only thing that was nice about this place is that no one plays it, so play is wide open.

I played this course in May, it was a very nice course. The greens were in very good shape. It appears to be very well maintained. The older reviews were from several years ago and the course has definately changed from then. There were hardly any weeds on the course. I haven't been playing for a long time, but so far this is the best course I've played. Will definately play there again.
