The course is in great shape. Being a Par 3, the focus is on landing on the green, not in the fairway. The greens are bentgrass and fun to play. Two water hazards, one at the #3 (signature) green and the other at #7 add to the fun. Very economical way to spend an hour or so. Especially great for short game practice. Quite a challenge for some of these players who put all their energy into making long drives but little into finesse. All family members can experience some level of success at the Benbrook 3 Par. Sits alongside Benbrook Lake.

Good for practice, but not many challenges. Greens are in good shape, but there are no real fairways just a mix of dirt, grass, and weeds.

This course is great for practicing iron shots! If you are short on time, you can make this course in 45 minutes. Some rough spots on the greens and a little lacking on landscaping the fairways, but well worth the $5 bucks you pay!
