Never going to this course again, a guy who works there would not let us go off for showing up 5 minutes before our tee time.

Lynnwood is a well maintained short muni. It's an excellent walking course without steep hills. The greens are good (for a muni) and hold up well in wet weather. The holes are almost all straight, but there are enough variations in sand bunkering, ponds, fairway trees, etc, that it keeps your interest. I've found it to be a comfortable place to play as a single.
Easy short course.
