With a little TLC, this course could be five-star. The scenery is outstanding - it is carved through the forest with no homes along the fairways. Most holes are isolated from the others. The landing areas off the tees are generous, but the greens are small targets, well protected by bunkers and water, and are among the most undulating I have ever played. Any putt over 12 feet will be a double-breaker at least. Many bunkers need to be rebuilt and the cart path is a nightmare, but overall, this is a fun, enjoyable golf experience and the low price makes it a great value.
