The layout of this course is very good, but the maintenance is very poor. Shaggy teeboxes, bumpy dried-out greens and rough burnt-out fairways. This could be a great course with some TLC. For $27 on a Saturday its not bad, but with some maintenance they could charge more and spend more of the conditioning.

Golf course was a second thoughGolf course entrance was not clearly marked for starters. Secondly, there was a warning sign in the golf cart and others placed throughout the course that the player is reponsible for any damage to houses, i.e., broken windows. That fact really reduces a golfer's swing. Overall the golf course is littered with houses and children playing and screaming/yelling along the course. I would not play this course again unless I wanted some ideas for house designs.
