Off season rates as low as $12.00 for 9 holes, $25.00 for 18 this well maintained and great looking canyon course is a great bargain. Play early as day time temperatures will easily exceed 105 degrees by noon during the summer months when these rates are in effect. Even if you don't play from the blue tees, be sure to check the views out from them. I have completed two rounds here. First round was on a day with temperatures at 115 degrees in Aug, and the latest round was in Sept with temperatures hitting 105 degrees by 10 am. Hints for first timers: Keep it straight on the blind tee shot on hole 6. The landing zone opens up just slightly to the left. Hole 16 and 17 offer great views from elevated tees. On 17th you will have to clear a 150 yard canyon about 280 yards out so plan on an accurate drive staying as far left as possible, or simply take two layup shots to the canyon edge. This is one of those courses you will likely loose a ball or two, so have fun and enjoy the view.

Played here about 7AM on a Monday and it wasn't too crowded. Compared to where I usually play in Las Vegas area this course was way tougher because most holes were pretty narrow. If you faded or hooked your tee shot too much it was lost in the canyon, bushes, and there was a lot of OB. There was a few times where I could see my ball in a bush just off the fairway but couldn't get it because there were snakes all over. We played from the tips and it was extremely challenging due to a lot of elevated tee boxes and blind shots. I had fun and would play again (probably from the next tees up)even though I didn't really play well due to poor tee shots.

Great canyon course. Not many amenities but the view and the course will make up for anything that it lacks.
