This is the little course that could. Most reviewers seem to share a similar opinion. It''s an average course but considering the price, central location and casual atmosphere, it can really be just the right course sometimes. Staff very friendly and they''ll do what they can for walk-ons, but I wouldn''t show up without a tee-time after 7am on a weekend. This is a locals'' favorite. On a number of summer days, I''ve teed off at 5:55am. When I made the turn at 8am, the rest of the tee times were already stacked up. I''ve talked to foursomes who say they play every weekend day of the year. Sometimes, it''s a bit too casual. Jeans and t-shirts. Cigarette butts on the tee box. And, the grass needs some work. Plus, a few holes don''t have much boundary between fairways. Still, if you''re in a pinch to get in some golf and you don''t feel like spending $70 to find out if you like a course, this is the place for you.

Played this course on Sun Morning after reading the reviews. I would like to say that I feel everyone has an opinion this is one of those. We did not have a Tee time but they had no problem getting us in. When we got to the starter he had our names and got us in place and evan asked if we minded adding a player. after completing 9 we stopped in at the snack bar and got a couple of drinks without a problem. The maintanece people on the course were very curteous to us shutting down equipment and getting out of view. The course could use a little work but we expected that going in. I did have my son with me who is learning and this course is forgiving and does challenge new golfers to several challenges. I do feel it has change from some of the reviews and I will play it again.
The course is easy to get on during the weekdays when other courses in the area are having Tournaments. Other than that I wouldn't ever play here.
