Recently on our honeymoon we played the Blackheath course. Short and simple. The rangers do a lousy job of keeping play moving when the course is not crowded. They are fine with a 4 1/2 hr round! On a 120 slope rating??? We will never play at Ford's colony again!

Loved it!!! The course was a challenging layout! The 18th could have been a little more maintained as it was a little on the shabby side...

Absolutely loved this course (actually all three of the Fords Colony courses, but this was my fav). The rates were extremely reasonable for the area and would save the money by playing here instead of the Golden Horseshoe or Kingsmill. The clubhouse amenities and conditioning was perfect. Would recommend to anyone.
