Good course to play. Impressive for a city course.

When arriving to this course i had a very close experience to emcstnative, there was a tournament going on and we were told it would be about an hour but some how another team member found a way to get us right out. Though the starter didnt really believe us and had to call the club house for verification. Once we were getting ready to tee off, we were also joined by a employee which made the course experience a great one.

I flew up from Florida for a working trip in mid-September 07. I worked that morning and was hoping to play this course around noon. The folks at Cypress Point where I had played the day before had suggested I play here too. I was disappointed when I got there and found a tournament underway - on Thursday no less. The earliest they said they could get me out was 2:30-ish (I was there at 11:30). I had to make the 4 hour drive to Reston that afternoon for work there the next morning and certainly couldn't play a 4 hour round at 2:30 and get to Reston at a reasonable hour. Andy "Great Guy" Giles learned of my schedule dilema and somehow managed to get me out on the course near 12:30 (thanks Andy). I paired up with one of the course personnel who was just getting off (George - another great guy) and managed to play a great round on a very nice course. Great facility, great people and staff and overall a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to come back and play here again one day - and fix a few of those holes that had my number!!
