Fairways on first couple holes were very wet but greens were very nice and playable. Lots of water hazzards but pretty easy to get around them if you know what you are doing. The pro shop staff is very nice and the shop is layed out pretty well. Scenery is amazing there are mountains every which way you look. The hole layout is kinda confusing but follow the path you should be fine. golf cart is very much recommended
