I love this course with the elevation changes and variety. My favorite hole is the 4th which is a short down-hill dog-leg left hole where you can take an iron off of the tee or try to hit driver over the trees to get close to the green.

Very nice atmosphere with lots of trees. You might even see some deer. Easy walking. Short and easy course. Usually in good shape. Good practice area.
