There is nothing quite like starting your backswing, only to have a fighter jet go full afterburner on one of the nearby runways. You'll never complain about someone in your group clearing their throat again. The course itself is decent, not too many standout holes. But the best fun is the stories that are told. Career military folks love to spin a yarn or two, and aren't likely to turn you down if you offer to buy them a beer.
If you can get on this course (military)then bring your pull cart or carry bag. A great course to walk and play. Keep it in the fairways for a decent round. If you're not in the fairway, expect a few high scores on the card.
