A moderately easy course, several of the holes actually play easier from the back tees due doglegs and hazard positions. The course condition comes and goes (it has it's good weeks and it's poor weeks, but over all it's not bad for East Tennessee. The value is awesome, $19 green fees 7 days a week and $10 cart fees makes this a very affordable course. The coolest scenic feature this course has to offer is it's proximity to Tyson McGee Airport, jets are constantly flying at very low altitudes, which is awesome. Easy, affordable, and a change of pace from your more serious golf courses.

They have the course in good shape right now. Very few bare spots on the fairways and the greens are rolling pretty true.
