My son and I try to play golf every week or so and since our 2 favorite courses were closed here in Morristown and New Market last year, we haven't found a "favorite" spot since. Today we decided to drive up to Rogersville and try McDonald Hills, we're glad we did because we have a new favorite golf course. The guy who works there is super nice and shows he appreciates your business. Very fair price for 18 and a cart. The course is very fair but challenging. There's three par 3 holes that are long from the white tees ( 170 - 190 yards ) but still pretty east to hit with the right club. Fairways are in great shape and the greens were medium size and roll consistent. It's about 35 minutes from Morristown and we're happy to make the drive. If you haven't tried it, go check them out.
