Decently maintained, but slow going and the scenery leaves much to be desired. Powerlines are everywhere and the course is pretty flat. They have tried to dress it up with a cement pond here and a cement waterfall there, but it feels like you are playing on a grass covered concrete slab. The wind keeps you from going low and a few wholes have OBs stakes placed along the sides to punish errant tee shots. Oh, and did I mention it is slow going?
