wdsandman1 probably throws his clubs around the course when it doesn''''''''t go his way also. The course is in average + shape, staff have always been extremely courteous (having played there 7 times last month), and as for cows for the pasture, there is no pasture on the course; though the cliche sounds cute to some youngster; however, the course has great camaradarie with staff and customers I have interacted with, is a great course at a good price to challenge a persons game with some unique greens, some long fairways, and a fun lay out. I have played Pebble Beach and think wdsandman1 would probably not like it either since you have a beautiful ocean view with some fog at times, more houses along the course to keep from hitting, an ocean breeze blowing in off of the Alaskan current of the Pacific Ocean that can reach 30 miles per hour, etc. The only thing I would like to see is a snack cart floating around once every 45 minutes or so, but other than that, the price is a bargain. A nice course for beginners. The layout is decent, but I wouldn''t make this a part of my regular weekend rotation. A good one to go out and play a quick 9 after work without much challenge.

Great Course for a quick round that isn''t a cheap par-3 course. The good parts of the course are the variety of holes, the carts, and how it is never crowded. The cons have to be the greens, and the driving range. Overall I would recommend it because its great besides the greens and they will only get better since they are currently a little damaged because of the recent flood. B+ course.
just played course for first and last time. Only a nine hole course in poor shape. Greens were rough with dead patches abounding. Staff were rude and not worth the hassle with so many wonderful courses in this area. Website says "everything TN golf has to offer" they forgot the cows for the pasture. Don''t waste your time or money.
The course is a very good beginner course. My only complaint is with the club house staff. I have never been treated so rudely. It was like they were doing me a favor by allowing my group to play. Change that and they would have a great course.
We have a foursome of "talent challenged" golfers and both the staff and fellow players have been very friendly. A good course and a good value.
Good starter course...which is exactly what I am.
