Neat little course and very well maintained. Great getaway course if you combine it with camping along the Trinity River. Tight fairways bordered by trees. The setting is nice, with views of the surrounding snow capped mountains. My negative is the awkward entrance to the sign up desk (you must walk around to the rear of the building). The pro shop is not organized and dark. Definately caters to the locals, so not much effort is put out to impress visiting golfers. I recommend this course and area for a weekend getaway. There is much history and local flavor in Weaverville. Rise with the sun, get in a couple of hours of fishing, then gather the clubs and head to the course.
