About the Las Vegas Tuscany Village in Nevada
Tuscany Village is a planned community in the southeast part of the Las Vegas Valley in Nevada. The community's 2,100 homes are set around a beautiful 6,906-yard Ted Robinson-designed golf course.

Types

Styles range from single-story homes away from the golf course to three-story townhomes right across from the clubhouse. Sizes range from 1,264 square feet to 4,876 square feet.

Amount

Depending on the size and location of the home, prices range from $150,000 to $1 million. The Tuscany Village Association fees are an additional $140 per month and give residents access to the on-site recreation center and 50-channel cable television.

Golf Course

The Tuscany Golf Course has received awards from "Golf Magazine" in 2008 and 2009 for being the best value in Las Vegas. The newly opened 31,000 square foot clubhouse includes a restaurant, banquet room, patio, pub and pro shop.

Recreation Center

The La Vita Tuscana recreation center covers 35,000 square feet and offers such amenities as a fitness center, a full-size basketball court, racquetball, volleyball, and aerobics and yoga classes.

Security

A manned gate guards the entrance of Tuscany Village 24 hours a day. Security guards patrol the premises on foot throughout the night.
