I started playing golf 3 in March to prove a point that I could actually compete in the Marcus Stroud Celebrity Golf Tournament. I have been taking lessons every Thursday since with Matt McCarley although tournament ended up being canceled this year. I have fallen in love with golf. I am at the driving range or on the course every chance I get now. I mostly golf in South Carolina and Florida. I have not been able to convince my friends to partake in my newfound passion with me, so I usually play alone (which has been just as much fun for me as playing with a 3 others), but I would like to meet some people who can give me some insight on great courses and anything else that I can learn about this amazing sport.
