After 30+ years of golfing and at least 15 years online, I can totally agree with your last sentence. At various times, I've been a chat site monitor and a newsgroup owner, and have probably seen it all. Honesty online is like calling a penalty on yourself in a tournament when no one else saw the infraction and it will cost you the win.Now if you will excuse me, I have to go iron my Jr. High cheer leader uniform for the big game tonight. ;) Last edited by alcyone on April 2nd at 8:06 AM. |

I think that you are right; but if you are true of heart who is it that you are calling out ?

Pointing fingers at people that have it seems been banned from the site would do no good, but the world has no shortage of gutless fools lets focus on whats good here.I find the course reviews helpful and interacting with other sports people fun, last week somebody helped me locate a book by Sam Snead I have wanted for years, whats not to like. Ive raised to daughters and the last thing they think of when you put them in front of a computer are golfers trust me. As for being the defender of anything,I defend your right to say anything that doesn't hurt other peoples feelings and with some of your posts biting my tongue isn't always easy.
