Well another tournament is in the books and I am still being competive looks like,
I finished 6th in my flight this week at Red Fox Country club.
I am currently 15th in the points race in the Elite Golf Tour, after two events.
I have been hitting too many balls in practice sometimes I have flared up my carpal tunnel again or something, tendons to left elbow is tight and painful.
Trying an experiment with winn tour wrap w7 soft oversize grips on one club to test, the release feels better, and the forearm is not as tight, did a 2 bucket test with a sand iron, varifying distance and targets on the range, it felt good, think I may change them all early this week.
Three more weeks I turn 50, and I will move to the senior tees, that I expect to take alot of pressure off of my game, I think I have been pressing trying to hit with the young guys, gripping to tight at the course mainly, my practice range swing is great, wish I could take it to the course, any ideas?
Later Spike, [======>

do a google search on "golf elbow" if i remember correctly, your new to the game. If you were hitting a lot of fat shots early on you could have this problem. I started playing 7 mnonths ago and played so much so soon that I came down with it and it's just now going away since I basically learned to make proper contact with iron shots. It can be easily treated but it can also get really bad if left unchecked and unaddressed.
