Hello, I am 56 and started playing golf when I was about four, following my dad and his friends. I played most of my life and really enjoyed it. I quit once for several years as I had other obligations and was taking it way to serious so I hung'em up several years when I came back a friend said you have to play my way. His way was to buy a case of beer and a case of balls, and whichever was gone first we quit. I seldom drink but the attiude was clear and again golf was the fun it was meant to be. I've been playing ever since.
