I played at Toka Sticks in Mesa Az. par 72.  I shot a 95, had a lot of chances for birdies and eagles but my short game killed me. The weather was a hot 89 degrees with a cool breeze but thats Arizona for you. Trying to get enough games in where I can get my hadicap for the next tournament. If any one comes out to play Arizona, I would say that Toka Sticks is affordable and a pretty good course.
