Golf Bag Problems

Hello fellow golfers!

Me and and my classmates are working on a project for school. We had to come up with a problem, and try to solve it. The issue we up came with is, when you carry your golf bag the clubs swing and hit each other, this causes damage to the clubs, and noise that is a distraction to other golfers.

We would like to know if you agree that this is a problem.

Thanks

they make foam covers for the clubs and tubes that divide the clubs..i dont think that the clubs ratteling bothers golfers..ive been playing a long time and never thought about it till i read your post..maybe your study group should brainstorm a way for the u.s. to get out of iraq.

Hey again... i just wanna clairify what were doing. We are part of a class called Engineering Research (E.R.) which is a pre-course to Engineering Design and development (E.D.D.). In EDD you work for the entire school year on one project. You work through the whole design process and eventually acctully make and market your product. Since our group all loves golf, we decided to do ours about a golf problem. This year all we need to do is hear if you guys think that it realy is a problem or not. So for right now we dont suggestions about how to fix it. We would realy like to hear your input on if you think that clubs rattling is an annoyance on the golf course.

The noise from club clatter is one I have become used to. It is more noticeable when going over rough or uneven ground. I normally have my hood on the bag which lessens any noise. Club covers are an answer but are a pain to keep taking off for every shot! Good luck with your research.

well it depends if I am playing well and walking I love steady cadence of that rattle
IF I am losing and that god offal noise is coming from your bag then the problem could be fatal. why dont you think about the damage the metal head does to the graphite shafts experts will tell you one chip on the shaft will make a differance
with clubs costing 1000 dollars thats the issue to solve

Hello, We are at the next phase of our project. Now we need to find out if people would be willing to buy such a project, and how much are people willing to spend.

So, would you like to see a product on the market that would easily lock the clubs into the bag, and would be easy to unlock, to prevent noise and damage to the clubs?

Would you like to buy a whole new bag or buy a device that could be inserted into your bag?

And how much would you be willing to spend on such a product?
