About two years ago, I joined Golflink and ran into a golfer in Ireland, who offered to help me with planning my upcoming trip to play golf in Ireland. I was having some problems booking good tee times and travel, so my new friend was extremely helpful.
What I didn’t realize was this meeting on Golflink would also be the segway into a new business opportunity for both me and my new business partner, Michael Danagher in Ireland. After playing a bit of golf and having a few pints, Michael and I started talking about how many golfers thought it was too expensive to play golf in Ireland and Scotland. Needless to say, I never envisioned a business opportunity when I logged on to Golflink, but a person never knows where they may find a good friend, a great golf course or a wonderful business opportunity and friendship than spans the globe. Michael addresses the day to day operations in Ireland and I market the United States and meet with clients.
