Once I picked up a golf club, that was it, I was in love with the game. I taught myself how to play by watching PGA events on TV with a golf club in my hand, practicing for hours on the range and putting green, and playing over a hundred rounds a year. I would describe myself as a grinder. I make some of the worst pars you will ever see. The strongest part of my game is definitely putting. I spent a long time working on that part of my game and it has paid off. The worst part of my game is overall consistency. Something always seems to be lacking in my game. One day I can't hit a fairway and the next I can't hit a green. Or I will start out on fire, and then fall apart. But every once in a while, every phase of my game is on and I can't be stopped. Next thing I know I look at my card after draining a 10 footer on 18 and I see a 69. That is what keeps me coming back. My personal best score is a 69 at Cole Park Golf Course in Fort Campbell, KY. I was on track to shoot a 65 once and got a 9 on the last hole to shoot a 70.
