This sounds so stupid I don't even know where breckenridge real estate start. No more wants Breckenridge real estate bankruptcy on their credit for 10 years and breckenridge foreclosure for 7, so why would you? Plus, it's little you know about banks and mortgage companies at ALL if you think those people are going to make out like bandits. Most of them will be foreclosed on eventually anyway and the few that make it through will end up paying through the nose, ultimately making the banks even more money. Their credit will suck and they'll be in hock all over the emotionalism of a dumb house. The equity in homes are down NOW, eventually they'll comeback at least somewhat so stay in your damn house. No ones telling you to leave. And another thing, Breckenridge houses have been over-valued for YEARS, so it is highly unlikely that yours was EVER worth what you thought it was breckenridge real estate. Realtors
