I first was introduced to the game of golf when I was a wee bit tall by my grandfather. Took no real interest into it at that time, but eventually I was asked by an old friend one day while stationed in Yuma, Az in 1993 to come with him and play a round. Well, five hours, four houses, I think a car, and a close to heat stroke experience, I fell in love with the game. So I played rarely during the next seven years, but then got stationed at Fort Carson, CO, and was afforded the opportunity to play quite regularly, which in tune transferred with me during my next two assignments. Now if at all possible I try to play at least once or twice every week at a minimum, but still can't seem to get my score down out of the clouds. But hey that is the game, and that is why we keep going back to it as often as we do. For the love of the greatest game ever played.
