My wife is begining to get into golf. She is tall, 5'7", and uses some old mens clubs that I have. Now she is lookign to buy new clubs. Does the forum think that she should look into womens clubs? or maybe mens clubs with reg flex shafts? Any advice from the forum??

I am a beginner myself. When checking into the question of using my husbands old clubs or getting a set of women's clubs, I was told by the pros that women's clubs are flexed different from men's because women are typically not as strong as men and need more flex in the shaft of the club in order to hit the ball further. It would have nothing to do with height and more to do with strength. Check with the pros.
