Hi there
About your post about iPhone videos. There are some great iPod-ready golf fitness videos on mypypeline.com/-golf. If you join the mypypeline.com community (it's free) you can download the golf stretches to your iPod / iPhone.
Also, there is a six-week golf fitness program. http://www.mypypeline.com/store/bundle/golf-fitnes s-101-quick-fixes/ It's $36 for the training videos but the coach's notes are free.
There's free driving range stretches and a golfer's yoga video (but it is a paid video).
I stress that these ARE NOT technique videos - although the trainer does speak to that. These videos are fitness videos that are specific to golf and help with stability and mobility and game related strength.
They are very good and you can even try one free as a stream. My only comment is that they are not super slickly produced, rather more plain and straight forward (if that's important to you). But the trainers do really know their stuff as it relates to the game.
