I am a 2 handicapper looking for a daily routine to help me improve my game! I have a lot of time, 4-6 hours a day to work on it. Can someone one help me with a fitness workout & a pratice routine. Thanks smiley

Go to tigers website, he has his workout schedule on there for you to follow. Especially if you have 6 hrs. a day to kill. p.s. is your job hiring?

Well if I had unlimited time and was as good as you ,I would go take a yoga class. You must already have a good swing and be plenty strong, so why not work on your flexibility. You cant hurt your game like you can with weights and if you dont like it just stop.

A lot of weight is involved it just so happens that you are doing body weight. A 250 lb person will have a harder doing a push up than doing a bench press with an apporpriate amount of weight. In many ways, yoga is more advanced than traditional weight lifting.
