I am trying to find a left handed petite length women's driver for my Mom, for a Christmas present. Yeah... I know that's an oddity.

I have been looking at Square Two products (www.squaretwo.com), but they only sell in sets, not a stand a lone driver. She currently had a set of 3, 5, 7 fairway metals from Square Two and loves them, but I have not been able to locate the driver alone... anywhere.

So any leads on it would be greatly appreciated, thanks all!

Tony.

I hate spam. I hope your not spam. spammers alwasy try to put up posts with links to sites that they are trying to drive business too. I went to that site and despite the fact that they claim to be in existence since 1974 they can't tell me anywhwere to buy their products. this disappoints me if your a spammer because I'm trying to get my GF into the game and I realize that the proper equipment for a beginner is key and I would be interested in those clubs. so please, tell me where I can actually buy squaretwo clubs otherwise, i'm getting her clubs from a nother trusted sources'

Well sorry dude, but I'm not a spammer and have no affiliation with Square Two.

I really am looking for a driver for my Mom, as a present. It so happens the set of fairway metals that she found at a garage sale were the Square Two brand. She really likes those clubs and that's why I am asking if anyone knows where to find just the driver, since all I can seem to find is a link to buy entire sets anywhere they are sold. Also, any of the single clubs (e-bay, eastcoastgolf, tgw, etc.) that I have found are right handed only.

So if you (or anyone else here) have any ideas as to where I could look for just the driver it would be great, I would really appreciate it. If not I think I'll get an entire set, give her the driver and sell off the rest.

Thanks,
Tony

PS - I too went to the "where to buy" link on their site and was very surprised to find "Information coming soon"... that is what prompted this post (since I couldn't buy direct from them)

Thanks again,
Tony

no problem tony, good luck with your search. as you go through the forums you will see tons of posts by spammers. I would recommend that you look for some kind of used name brand driver or go to a site like diamondtour.com or gigagolf.com to buy a component driver head. If you give us more info on your mothers playing ability we can probably make better recommendations.

Okay, no harm no foul... I understand why you were cautious.

My mom usually shoot around a 100, depending on the course, as she usually likes to find the "par3" style courses. She is 59 and has very slow club head speed. She will usually hit the Square Two - 3 metal about 130-150 yards off the tee. She is straight as an arrow all day long, but will thin and or roll the occasional ball when she lifts her head up in the fairway.

Anyway, I also want to get her a bigger club head for the driver, because she consistently tees up the 3 metal too high and looses distance. I will measure her shaft length on the 3 metal next time I am down there (Zanesville, OH - about an hour away from me). Getting the driver should give her at least another 30 yards off the tee, which would make a par 5 a true three shot hole and possibly reach a 380-400 yard par 4 in two.

PS - I'll check out those links when I get back from work tonight.

Thanks!
