I have been having trouble reaching Golfwits.com recently. Does anyone know if they are still in business?

Our partner, Golfwits, has had a hardware failure. They expect to get the servers back up any day. Sorry for the inconvenience. We'll stay on them until the maps come back online.

I was in the process of buying something from Golfwits when warnings began appearing on my screen. The warnings said that Golfwits' SSL certificate expired in July 2007, and the BBB reported they were having trouble locating Golfwits. They think Golfwits may have gone out of business. Can you shed any light on this? Is it safe to do business with Golfwits over the internet? Many thanks.

I have sent golfwits 30 emails in an attempt to purchase my course which the have listed.Their program moves all the way to accepting my credit card ...then, I get a message that this page cannot be displayed.

Is Golfwits back up and operating or are they a victim of the economy too? I love the program and want to buy a few more course maps but the site keeps having the HTTP 5000 error.

Great product but they must be running their website on a 1970 computer. I have never seen a site with worse response time and most of the time the website is down!!
