Doesn't bother me - golf is good anytime!
Mornings can be beautiful but afternoons can be quiter.
EARLY morning (6am)is probably my favourite but I don't do that much now. I used to finish night shift and play but now I am straight days.

As soon as the course opens. I'm a "dew-sweeper."

i wish i could play at 530 am. The nature of my job means i'm working from 6-9am and then again from 6-9 pm so generally I play in the middle of the day. When i play in the morning it's so easy I guess i'm conditioned to the midday heat so if i play friends on the weekedns in the middle of the day, they struggle.

Early morning, soon after sun up. That way, if I am having a good round, I have enough light play another 18 holes. Nothing worse than running out of light on a good round in the early evening.

I usually end up playing alone so I like to play in the mornings. It's cooler, there's no one there so I can take my time (but not too much time), and the Georgia heat does drain me out after the first few holes.

I try and play in the mornings if I can. I live in Houston Texas. I played saturday morning at 7:45 am and it was already 85 degrees. I played sunday afternoon at 3:30 pm and it was 97 degrees. 3:30 pm is just enough time to finish all 18 holes.

If you play golf with friends it doesn´t matter at what time you are playing....
If I have to choose, I would say in the morning (not to early). Let´s say 10AM. During spring and summer it is really nice playing at that time, you fell the fresh air and the tempreature is good, during winter at 10 AM you won´t find frost in the course and also you won´t find much people in the course.
I am from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I say this because maybe we don´t have similar weather.
