Hi,
I can view all the video tips without any problems.
I'm having trouble viewing the non-video tips.
A new explorer window opens and the tip says it's downloading, but then I get nothing. If I try a refresh, I get a message saying there are errors on the page.
Any help out there?

I have the same problem. Sent an email to support and they said to turn off pop up blocker but still no luck.

Hm, that was me that told you to do that. What browsers do ya'll have? These are home computers? There is a funny setting in IE that can cause this but it usually affects video as well but is worth a shot. There is a new 'requirement' on this browser that stops a lot of activity and content. This has both good and bad qualities. If you already know to look for that little lock when entering personal information then go to 'tools' then 'internet options'. Click on 'security' and the green check mark. Next to the check you will see a box that says 'sites' click it and look towards the bottom. There will be a box that is probably checked, this requires ALL websites to be https, and will blocked certain linking, third party, and viewing capabilities (such as Adobe Flash). This will block a LOT of your internet and sometimes cause problems when you are trying to view things or link from links in email, for example.

don't know tried it and still nothing. Is there some program I have to have in order to view the tips?

You should be fine, but try going to www.adobe.com and updating the Adobe Flash Video. Update me and let me know if that worked for you?

Hey everyone,
I just recently switched over to AT&T U-Verse internet from AT&T's BellSouth network's internet. It was just a speed upgrade for me, but I found out that I could no longer view non-video tips. I consulted with my network guy at work and he suggested to try the following:
Under the internet tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Trusted Sites -> Sites (button) -> add "http://www.golflink.com"
uncheck box "Require server verification (https) for all sites in this zone"
Next, still under Internet Options -> Privacy -> Sites (button) ->
add "golflink.com" -> Allow (button)
Make sure everything is saved through "OK".
I just wanted to share a solution that worked for me.

Having the same problem. Tried your suggestion and still not receiving the non-video tips. Any other thoughts?
